Please be informed that the monthly Pest Control Treatment for the Common Areas and individual units is scheduled on September 25–26, 2026.
Residents are advised to stay inside or vacate their units during the treatment and expect low odor during the process.
For unit treatment, please register and schedule your appointment using the QR code provided in the memo. Treatment fees will apply.

The basketball court is now a multipurpose court
Residents may now enjoy pickleball, badminton, and volleyball on top of basketball — one court, more ways to play.
